We're passionate about helping schools and companies create environments that are genuinely Autism, PDA and SEN‑friendly in a meaningful, practical way.
As autistic consultants, we offer real‑world insight that bridges the gap between what individuals experience and what they may struggle to explain. We work alongside staff to understand their setting, challenges, and goals, providing clear, tailored guidance that supports lasting, positive change.
Our consultancy bridges the gap between theory and reality, providing your organisation with personalised insight and practical support.
As an autistic‑led team, we bring real‑world understanding of Autism, PDA and SEN. We don't offer traditional training sessions, nor do we replace the valuable work that trainers and educators already do. Our approach is simply different.
Where many training providers focus on theory, frameworks or broad overviews, our work is centred on your real situations.
You bring us the questions, challenges or specific scenarios you're facing, and we help you understand what might be happening beneath the surface and how you can offer meaningful, effective support.
We draw on lived autistic experience to offer clear, practical insight — the kind that helps staff make sense of everyday behaviours, communication differences and sensory needs. There's no jargon, no scripts and no pre‑set presentation. Just honest, accessible explanations and realistic strategies that fit your setting.
Our aim isn't to replace existing training.
Our aim is to help you connect the dots between what you've learned and what you're actually seeing in your classroom or workplace.
It's a calm, collaborative process that gives staff a deeper understanding and practical tools they can use straight away.
Pathological Demand Avoidance is widely misunderstood and often mishandled. We specialise in PDA and offer realistic, compassionate strategies rooted in lived experience.
Our guidance helps staff understand the underlying drivers of PDA behaviours and respond in ways that reduce anxiety, increase autonomy and support genuine engagement.
Our sessions are built around your questions and practical needs. We create a safe, respectful space where staff can ask what they genuinely want to know, without judgment. Our role is to offer clarity, real‑world insight and practical guidance — not scripts or theory — so your team can understand and support neurodivergent individuals with confidence.
We provide focused, practical consultancy sessions designed to give you the clarity and support you need.
