If you've purchased an eBook, audiobook, or signed copy and haven't received it yet, here's what to check.
eBooks & Audiobooks: I deliver digital books through our trusted partner, BookFunnel.
If it's not there:
Signed / Unsigned Physical Books from Frami Books.
Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon-Fri) will typically be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday if ordered late on Friday).
Shipping times depend on the postage option selected at checkout.
Please note that Royal Mail operates Monday to Friday, so delivery may vary based on the chosen service. The shipping cost you pay is based on your selected delivery method.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Damaged or Faulty Books
We want you to receive your books in perfect condition, but if something’s wrong, we’ve got your back.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please reach out and send us a photo of the damage. We’ll let Royal Mail know and send you a replacement book.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply email us, and we’ll guide you through the next steps and let you know where to send your book. Please note that items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items can’t be returned, including:
Sale items, Gift cards, Personalised or custom orders (e.g., books with custom inscriptions)
If you’re unsure about whether an item is returnable, feel free to ask before purchasing.
